The Call Center Module provides a fast and efficient method to enter and update customer calls. It can be implemented as a free standing quick entry solution or it can be integrated with call center software to retrieve customer information automatically.

When a customer is retrieved, the customer history is immediately visible; additional information can be added to an existing concern or a new concern can be created.
